Attempt by various agencies to obtain information through school students-reg.

Dear Parents,

We are writing to inform you about a matter of utmost importance concerning the safety and security of our students. It has come to our notice through official communication from the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) Headquarters that some external agencies—including those from neighbouring countries—are attempting to gather sensitive information by approaching school students and staff.

These individuals may engage students in casual conversations to extract details related to school activities, defense establishments (in case of schools associated with such institutions), or personal data related to students, parents, or staff.

In light of this, we request your cooperation in the following ways:

Speak to your children about the importance of not interacting with or sharing any personal or institutional information with unknown individuals—online or offline.

Encourage them to immediately report any such interaction to their teachers or school authorities.

Remind them not to post or share school-related information (especially photos, activities, locations, or personal details) on social media platforms.

Stay vigilant about who your child is communicating with, particularly through digital means like messaging apps, emails, or social media.

The safety of our students is our highest priority. As part of preventive measures, the school will conduct sensitization sessions for students and staff to raise awareness about the risks of sharing personal or institutional information.
